ITINERARY
0700 hours Depart from Kuala Lumpur (Pick up from Hotel)
0930 hours Arrive at Gopeng
1000 hours Depart to Ulu Geruntum Caves by truck.
2 hours of cave exploration (bring torchlight and extra clothes as you are going to get wet)
1300 hours Lunch beside the river. Safety briefing on white-water rafting by qualified instructor & water confidence tests. Rafting will then commence. Rafting distance about 7KM passing through 7 to 9 rapids 90 to 120minutes completion

3. Items to bring along :
- Cap / Hat
- Insect Repellent
- Sun-block lotion
- Change of clothes (including short/long pants, T-shirt - preferably dark color, and long-sleeved shirt)
- Swimwear
- Towel
- Good Walking Shoes / Sandals with Strap / Sport Shoes
4. Reminder :
- Participant must be physically fit as this tour is for those who love adventures.
- Liability Release Form MUST be signed and understood by the participant before the tour commences.
- Age limit is for child is 4 years old and above.
- Please advise in advance if you have dietary request, e.g. vegetarian.
- Participants must have trimmed finger nails and toe nails.
- No jewelleries and valuable items allowed to be worn (or brought along) during activities.
